At 6-20 minutes, these are our largest and longest lasting Spiral Sounds® Rainsticks. Because of their extra long flow time, XL Rainsticks are the optimum sleep aid and/or meditation tool. Unplug and rest. Let the rainstick flow and help you reset. Videos for each are in the product descriptions.

An XL Collapsible or Geometric Stand is recommended. We also offer XL Cases if you wish to take your rainstick out for an adventure. Bundles with a built in discount for a stand and case with your rainstick are also available.
