Our newest stand design – Eight Planes – takes it name from the octahedron, which has eight planes, six vertices and twelve edges. This magnificent polyhedral shape, which has inspired da Vinci, Dalí, and countless others, makes for a perfect Midway Spiral Sounds® Rainstick stand given its opposite facing triangles, which hold the rainstick upright.

Midway Geometric Stand – Eight Planes

A gorgeous geometric rainstick stand! My only concern is that the wood doesn't appear to have a protective finish, particularly since I live in a subtropical climate where humidity can be an issue.

Golden hour midway soothes

I bought this for myself but then ended up giving it to my mother who is suffering from dementia and prone to anxiety. She loves sitting in front of it and listening/watching. It helps her relax and calm down.

I got a second one for me to add to my sound bath/sound healing kit!
