Combining our medium sounding fill with the longest duration, this rainstick is the tops for group meditations. The XL Spiral Sounds® Nocturne Rainstick offers about 20 minutes of mid-level sustained rain sound. The clear glass microbeads (made in USA) shimmer and take on the darker of the poppy seeds as the blended fill descends. Less flipping and more of that soothing ssssshhhhhh, all made possible by our extra durable materials.
